About Phuong “PT” Tran
Transformation strategist. Delivery operator. Independent problem-solver.
PT leads Mantria, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across complex transformation, project delivery and business systems environments.
Her work spans construction, manufacturing, technology, financial services, superannuation, higher education and government, with a focus on helping organisations move from complex problems and strategic decisions into structured, executable delivery.
Her approach is vendor-agnostic and whole-of-business: People → Process → Technology, in that order. She works across strategy, operating models, project governance, technology decisions, mobilisation and delivery assurance.
